Can we recover our documents if we terminate the services provided by The Corporation Secretary?

Of course. Following any termination, for any reason, you will have access to your documents for one year, without payment and without conditions, during which time you can download your documents. If more time is requested, we will provide it. We will delete all your documents when you so instruct us and we will send you a certificate stating that we done so. We do not retain paper documents. If you send them to us for scanning, we will return them or destroy them, as you instruct.
